Frydek is the velvet Alocasia, with deep green arrow shaped leaves and bright white veins. This one carries albo variegation, so every new leaf is a little surprise: splashes, marbling, half moons, even leaves that come in fully white.

Good to know: fully white leaves can't make food for the plant, so they're often short lived. That's normal for highly variegated plants. The green and marbled leaves are what keep it growing strong.

Size: young rooted starter in a small nursery pot.

Care: bright indirect light. Keep the soil evenly moist but never soggy, in a chunky, airy mix. Higher humidity helps a lot. Keep it warm, above 60°F.

Pet note: Alocasia is toxic if eaten. Keep it away from pets and little ones.
